Customizable Cherry Charcuterie Board

Each Charcuterie Board is unique to the original piece of walnut.  Stand is included and can be customized to hold business cards.

Customized Carvings:

• Please send the design you'd like carved with your order confirmation to info@riverbendwoodworking.com following checkout. 

• We will confirm any designs prior to working.

• All carvings are finished with a colored epoxy.

1. Returns

• You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized orders.

• Deposits on commissions once materials have been secured.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@riverbendwoodworking.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with the next steps from there.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal volumes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if provided by the carrier. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Riverbend Woodworking is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Riverbend Woodworking is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
