1. Returns

• You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized orders.

• Deposits on commissions once materials have been secured.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@riverbendwoodworking.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with the next steps from there.

Currently this product is only available in middle Tennessee (approximately 50 mile radius to Nashville) due to the size and weight. Our goal one day is to be able to ship this out across the country but haven't quite sorted out the logistics of that yet. Always free local delivery or schedule a time to come pick it up.
